I’m still recovering, will meat ever be the same again?!
Damian the Pit Master had me weak at the knees—he knows exactly how to handle his meat. The man worked that fire until the Cape Town lamb was dripping, tender, and sliding off the bone like it had been waiting all night for me. Absolute filth.

The smash burgers were hot, juicy, and messy in all the right places—buns so soft they’d make a nun reconsider her vows. Those flatbreads on the grill? Warm, supple, and the perfect thing to wrap around something you shouldn’t be caught holding.

And then there were Toppers’ cocktails—well ‘rimmed’ with celery salt, slick, and going down dirtier than I care to admit. Let’s just say the flavours alone would make a whore blush.

If you want clean, polite dining—this isn’t it. But if you like your nights smokey, salty, dripping, and absolutely outrageous, then get yourself to The Dirty Pipe. Just don’t expect to leave clean.
